Apartment Renovation

Rishant Mahajan had baught an existing house of 1114 sq ft in Rajpura area of Jammu. HE wanted to demolish it and make a new three story house. Him being a shopkeeper and businessman in bhaderwah had no time to look after the project himself. So assigned this job to us.

Our Solutions

Design concept for this is also modern as per clients choice. Planning is done very cautiously because of the size of the plot. We had to accommodate all the requirements of the client in this small plot. House is having two entries one on ground floor and another one on first floor with one car porch.

Ground floor is accommodating one living/dinning,two bedrooms,a kitchen,one toilet and a stair case. First floor accommodating one car porch,living/dinning with open kitchen, two bedrooms with two toilets.

The planning of the house is done in such a way that both the floors can be accessed separately and can be used as two different floors as well as one single unit. This project is also a turnkey basis project where we have done all the designing as well as the construction complete.
